We are also working with our community partners to improve laws that affect low-income people in Ontario. How you can make a complaint about our services or report fraud or suspected misconduct. You don`t need to tell us your name. We accept anonymous complaints. We provide free legal advice to low-income people living in our Toronto West Area. We provide services in a range of legal areas, including landlords and tenants, employment, welfare and immigration. CLASP provides free legal advice and representation to community members and York students.
We are funded by the Law Foundation of Ontario, Legal Aid Ontario, York Students and Osgoode Law Hall School. Students work in our clinic under the supervision of experienced lawyers. We help low-income people living in our west end Toronto find safe and affordable housing. We can help you find market rents, subsidized and specialized housing. We have a case management program for people with higher needs.
